Moovl provides tools to help users discover, compare, and analyze property listings. Features may change at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all functionality.
Informational Nature of Content
Property data, scores, rankings, and chat outputs are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, valuation, investment, mortgage, or surveying advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or security controls.
- Scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or extract data beyond permitted use.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass access restrictions.
- Use the Services to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority when using the Services.
User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us permission to use them without restriction.
Paid Features, Billing, and Refunds
If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges for selected plans or usage.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, pose a security risk, or create legal exposure. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moovl and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Moovl in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moovl and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the relevant Moovl entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are published. Continued use of the Services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
